Orders

If you wish to place an order of a customised piece, the easiest and fastest way is to contact me via private message ideally on Instagram or Facebook (links on the contact page).

Depending on the size/design and/or quantity of your order it should not take longer than 1 week to have it ready to ship, all details will be discussed via message.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped with tracking information on a weekly basis.
• National shipping takes 2-4 working days.
• European countries usually takes 10-20 working days.
• International shipping may take up to 30 days or more.
• Once shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned or damaged mail. If your item is taking longer than normal, please look up your tracking number provided before contacting me for assistance. Thank you!

Returns and exchanges

• The nature of Mayari is handmade and one of kind, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• By purchasing from Mayari you are responsible for acknowledging the descriptions of style, size, materials and photo references. If you have sensitive skin please consider all materials before purchasing.
• All items are packaged with care and consideration for the journey however if your item has arrived damaged please contact me immediately with a photo of the item.
