However, if your order does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date your order was completed.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at mayaricreationss@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Do not return your item without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unused condition:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No damage, stains, or odors
• In original packaging (if applicable)
• With all original tags attached
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items
Return Shipping & Refunds
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please send returns via a tracked shipping method.
• Mayari is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost return shipments.
• Refunds are issued for the product only, not the original shipping cost.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Reporting Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery, attaching a clear photo of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot process damage claims after this period.
Return Deadline Reminder
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your item.
After this time, returns will not be accepted, so please plan accordingly.
