Weekly Shipments with Tracking

All orders are shipped once a week via CTT – the Portuguese national postal service. Each parcel includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


Delivery Time Estimates

• Europe: 5–7 business days

• Outside Europe: 10–15 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, Mayari is not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged packages.

If your order seems delayed, please check the tracking number provided before reaching out for assistance.
 

Import Duties & Customs Fees

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Mayari is not liable for these charges.

 

Accurate Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Mayari is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.


Missed a Delivery?

If you're not home during delivery, your parcel will be held at your local post office.

You’ll have 7 days to collect it before it's returned to us. Returned packages may require additional shipping costs to resend.
